Refund policy
At Jewel Marvels, we strive to make your experience delightful and seamless. While we understand that issues may occasionally arise, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.
We encourage our customers to opt for exchange or store credit as the first course of action, allowing you to find something you truly love from our collection.
We welcome exchanges or store credit in the following cases:

A wrong product was dispatched.

A manufacturing defect is identified.

The product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

The original packaging must be retained, including any foam or cushioning.

A video of the product unboxing must be recorded.
-
Product tags should remain intact and unbroken.
To initiate an exchange, write to us at contact@jewelmarvels.com with your order ID and attach 1–2 clear photos highlighting the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Exchange Process:

Email contact@jewelmarvels.com with your order ID and images of the issue.

We will arrange a free reverse pickup* of the unused product with all tags intact.

Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we’ll process an exchange or issue store credit.

If the desired product is out of stock, store credit will be issued and we’ll notify you when it’s available again.
*Note: One free exchange per order is provided. Any additional exchanges may incur shipping and handling charges.
Refund rules for prepaid products
If none of our products match your taste and you prefer a refund instead of an exchange or store credit, we do accommodate it with the following terms:

A Rs. 40 refund processing fee will be deducted from your order value.

Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory to support the claim.
Email your refund request to contact@jewelmarvels.com with relevant images and video, and our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund rules for partial payment products

Partial Refund: Please note that 20% of the order amount is non-refundable. The remaining eligible amount will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Delivery Attempts: We will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not accepted within these attempts, it will be considered cancelled, and the refund will be processed after deducting 20% of the order value and shipping charges (if any).
For International Orders
Return/Exchange :

Their is no return or exchange available for international orders.
Refund :

Will issue store credit for your next purchase in case of Broken/Damaged Product Received.
Return Conditions:

Returns are applicable only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Send a video of the unboxing and 2 images (one showing the damage, one of the entire product).

Our team will verify the claim and schedule a reverse pickup if approved.
Cancellation Policy:
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email contact@jewelmarvels.com for assistance.
Important Notes:

Customers must pack and secure the product properly for return pickup.

All returns/exchanges are coordinated via email only. We do not process these requests via phone or WhatsApp.

Multiple return/exchange requests for the same order may incur additional charges.
